Functional and Cross Fitness Training: movements that reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

Sport Specific: Building strength and conditioning to improve on a specific sport and athletic performance

Olympic Lifting: Focusing on Building strength and technique to perform the two main olympic competition lifts the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.

Power Lifting: Teaching technique and building strength to complete 3 main movements Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift

Gymnastics: Involves using body weight movements (pull-ups, pushups, dips, handstands etc) to build strength

Kids Fitness: teaching functional movements for kids, involving them in fun workouts to keep them active and engaged with their bodies. 

All types of training will result in Weight Loss if done consistently and accompanied by proper nutrition to compliment performance. 

Our program is driven by data. Keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance. This data has important value well beyond motivation.

Is it for me?

Yes! This type of training can seem intense and daunting, however it is meant for anyone! Size, age, gender do not matter, all the matters is your mindset and your determination! Although there may be movements that you cannot do, everything can be scaled to your ability!
